the lodge grenada
property
description: Your invitation to a slice of Paradise at the only
vegan accommodation in the Caribbean. The Lodge is an old Plantation or 'Great' House built in a
classically Caribbean style to benefit from the cooling breezes of the Trade Winds. Set in almost 3 acres of
beautifully tended grounds high above sea level surrounded by the mountains and rainforests of Grenada and overlooking the
azure Caribbean Sea.
After a "hard day in the sun" what could be better than a shower, dressing for the evening and then watching a spectacular sunset, while sipping Sundowners on the veranda, before joining us for a leisurely dinner. At The Lodge we are working towards sustainable tourism in many ways and are always looking for new and innovative ideas
location: Grenada is full of history but where it differs from the other small Caribbean islands is that not only is there 'sun, sea and sand' there are also mountains, waterfalls and rainforest. Grenada has all the usual water sports with some of the best scuba diving in the Caribbean. And when you've had enough nature there's the historic Georgian town of St. George's, the Plantation Houses, Forts, some of the oldest rum factories in the world to name but a few of our 'attractions'.
accommodation: The Dragon Room
The Peacock Room
pricing: Our rates are inclusive of full vegan board, use of all facilities, airport transfers, Grenada Government hotel taxes and laundry service (for stays over seven nights).
